The Latin American Conference on Learning Technologies - LACLO invites the research community, developers, and education professionals to submit and publish their contributions in the Scientific Track Technologies for Teaching and Learning until July 23, 2023.

Publication and Indexing:
  • Once your manuscript is accepted, it is necessary to translate it into ENGLISH in order to index it in SPRINGER.
  • The proceedings of LACLO will be published in a volume of SPRINGER's <<Lecture Notes in Educational Technology>> (Electronic ISSN 2196-4971 Print ISSN 2196-4963).
  • Its indexations include: Scopus, ACM Digital Library, ERIC, INSPEC, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCImago.

  • Manuscripts will only be accepted in PDF format.
  • Do not include your name, university, country, affiliation, or any other information related to the author(s) to comply with the double-blind review process.
  • Each article should be carefully reviewed before submission, as once it is submitted, no changes can be made during the review process.
  • The submitted papers can be written in Spanish, Portuguese, or English and have an extension ranging from 12 to 15 pages.
  • The content of the article must be original and related to the theme of the conference.
  • The accuracy of citations, diagrams, maps, and tables should be ensured.
  • Figures and tables should be placed where they will appear in the text and should be clear and easy to see (high resolution).
  • The manuscripts must follow the format of any of the downloadable templates (LaTeX, Microsoft Word 2010-2016 for Springer).
  • Your manuscript will undergo a plagiarism check, including self-plagiarism.
  • If the work is accepted, it is not possible to add more authors than those listed on the EasyChair form.
  • One article can be published per registration.
  • Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Registrations are non-transferable.

The Review
Process

You should submit your manuscript anonymously, without information that identifies the author(s) or their organization(s). Do not include the author(s) name or affiliation at the beginning of the article.

Remember that the review process is a blind process, each article will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee.

Best Paper Award

The Best Paper award at the LACLO conference is given to the author(s) who have written the best article in the Learning Technologies Track. The winners receive a certificate that describes the merit.
